KG Electronics does repair on every module and carries parts or will have some sort of solution for almost every electronic problem. That being said, so many customers want to try and repair the service monitor themselves. Often, troubleshooting leads to a specific module or circuit card and I’m contacted for a quote. Almost 90% of the time, it is more economical to send in the original module to be repaired. I have a 2 hr minimum ($70 x 2) and its very rare I go past the minimum time on a repair. Previous repair work elsewhere has sometimes led to issues, especially when wrong parts or damaged traces are discovered.
